China CAMC Engineering Co.Ltd company of China signed a contract with the  construction chemical complex for the production polyvinylchloride (PVC) on the basis of  Navoiyazot cost of 439.8 million dollars. 
Under the contract will build a «turnkey» production capacity of 100 thousand tons of PVC, 75 thousand tons of caustic soda and 300 thousand tons of methanol per year. Project implementation period is 36 month. Contract was signed on the basis of direct negotiations. 
Financing projects worth 501,1 million dollars will be funded by foreign loans and advanced of the Uzbek side.
